This story telling program will feature the public airing of customer service grievances brought to you by the people who experienced them as well as anonymous submissions reenacted by local stars of the stage for an immersive experience. This is an opportunity for you to experience the burning rage or the shock of blinding ignorance with those who were forced to plaster a smile across their faces while living through it.  

Are you a bad customer? What better way to find out than during our “Was I in the Wrong?” round where we answer questions submitted by the audience as to whether they were in the right (unlikely) or wrong in a past customer service experience.
